Delegates from the Duhok Health Department visited AUK on September 20th to discuss plans to establish a Nursing program at the university.
AUK is hosting engineers from across Kurdistan for a two day workshop on MIDAS Civil software. The workshop is being conducted by the Dubai branch of MIDAS Engineer Software and seeks to teach local civil engineers how to use the software for bridge design. The technology has been used in several projects worldwide, including large infrastructure projects in the USA and South Korea.
On Monday, August 22nd, AUK's research hub, the Center for Peace and Human Security (CPHS), in partnership with the Institute of Media and Political Research (IMPR), revealed the results of a study gauging interest in a Kurdish independence referendum.
